GALAXY REFUND POLICY
Standard Products
Galaxy products (such as campaigner) function as SaaS (software as a service) and are available for a monthly subscription. If a customer is unhappy with this or any Galaxy software they can cancel their monthly comitment at any time.
Custom Products
Galaxy custom web-based software products are purchased on a for-hire basis. Because custom projects are undertaken on a for-hire basis, Galaxy does not offer refunds for any custom work provided. If a customer is unhappy for any reason, the customer's engagement with Galaxy can be cancelled at any time without notice or reason. If the cancellation occurs after a Galaxy custom product has been delivered, Galaxy will work with the client to find a resolution that is appropriate for the situation.
