### Dear Galaxy Admins,

We’ve been listening and we’ve heard you loud and clear. With a little work, Galaxy’s volunteer management software (recently re-branded to Get Connected) can help you do *even* more. 

Specifically…

##### 1. Save time for Admins by making your most important tasks simpler and faster.

##### 2. Make your volunteers happier by reducing the number of clicks it takes to volunteer and log their hours.

Over the next 6 months, we’ll be releasing 10 upgraded features, each inspired by customer feedback, our own attention to detail, and our commitment to make volunteer management *simpler* and volunteering itself *easier*. 

*These are FREE updates that will be added to our customer’s sites automatically once they’re ready to go live. *

Here are the areas with in the software that we plan to update. I’ll be back in touch to share more details on each once they are ready for release: 

- ** Reports for admins
- ** Waivers
- ** Hours form in site admin area
- ** Teams
- ** Site calendar
- ** Volunteer scheduling
- ** Check-in kiosk
- ** 3 big updates to the mobile App

In the first week of November we’ll release the first few updates; a handfull of new reports, an enhanced eSign waiver, AND a quicker/easier way for Admins to add volunteers, responses, and volunteer hours.

If you’re a current customer, we’ll be in touch on the day of each rollout so watch for an email and a message in your site’s admin panel that week.
