Angela Williamson, CVA, Founder of Volunteer Engagement Accelerator 

Angela Williamson brings over 19 years of experience in volunteer engagement and leadership, with a strong foundation in the museum sector. She currently serves as the Volunteer & Community Relations Specialist at the Blood Bank of Delmarva, where she fosters meaningful connections between volunteers and mission-driven work.

Through her consultancy, Volunteer Engagement Accelerator, Angela empowers organizations to build more effective, efficient, and impactful volunteer programs. A respected voice in the field, she has presented at numerous conferences and appeared on a variety of podcasts, sharing insights on volunteer management and community engagement.

Angela is a past president of DAVA (Delaware Association of Volunteer Administrators) and was honored with the prestigious AL!VE Impact Award in 2022. She also serves as an instructor for NOVAA 101, helping new volunteer administrators build strong foundational skills.
