Thank You for entering into the Giveaway offered by Galaxy Digital, LLC. and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (referred to as "Galaxy Digital" "we", "our", or "us"). Review these Official Rules ("Agreement") thoroughly. This Agreement is a legal agreement between You (the terms “You”, “Your”, and “Yours” as used herein) and Galaxy Digital, LLC. By entering the Giveaway, You agree to these terms.

  1. SPONSOR

    This sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Galaxy Digital, LLC, 30 Westgate Parkway, #319
     Asheville, NC 28806.

  2. ELIGIBILITY

    Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Galaxy Digital, LLC, its affiliates, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

  3. PROMOTION PERIOD

    The Giveaway begins on 11/3/25, 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on 11/28/25, 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

  4. HOW TO ENTER

    You may enter during the Promotion Period in either of the following ways:

    (a) Email Entry: Submit a demo request and complete a qualified demo during the Promotion Period. 

    (b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a first-class, postage-paid envelope to:

    Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11/28/25 and received by 12/5/25. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.

    Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Automated entries are void.

  5. PRIZE

    One (1) winner will receive one (1) gift card to Bonfire or similar print-on-demand company, at Galaxy Digital LLC's discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize except at Sponsor’s discretion.

  6. ODDS

    Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

    On or about 12/5/25 Galaxy Digital, LLC will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries. Potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within [5] business days. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected. Galaxy Digital, LLC is not responsible for undeliverable notifications.

  8. TAXES

    All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

  9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    Galaxy Digital, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. By entering, participants release Galaxy Digital, LLC and its affiliates from all liability related to participation and prize use.

  10. GOVERNING LAW

    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

  11. PRIVACY 

    Information collected will be used in accordance with Galaxy Digital, LLC's Privacy Policy.
