Alli Zuel, CVA, Volunteer Engagement Manager, America's Service Commissions (ASC)
Alli Zuel, CVA (she/her) is the Volunteer Engagement Manager at America’s Service Commissions (ASC). In her position at ASC, Alli works with service commissions that support initiatives such as – AmeriCorps VISTA projects, Volunteer Generation Fund, and broader volunteer engagement strategies including youth service initiatives, just to name a few.

Meet the Speaker -
Alli Zuel, CVA, attended Central College (IA) and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member and later became a VISTA Project Director for a large intermediary project in Kansas City before joining the staff at ASC. Alli achieved her Certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA) in October 2021.
ASC envisions that all states and territories will embrace service as a strategy to build community in solving local challenges.
America’s Service Commissions (ASC) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan association representing and promoting the 52 state service commissions across the United States and territories with the mission to lead and elevate the state service network.
State service commissions are governor-appointed public agencies or nonprofit organizations made up of more than 1,000 commissioners, private citizens leading the nation’s service movement and administering more than 75 percent of the federal AmeriCorps funds to address pressing community needs.
