Get Connected presents: Innovative Approaches to Volunteer Leadership Webinar Series

Volunteer Recognition: Motivation + Appreciation in Diverse Settings

Thursday, April 11th at 1:00-2:00 pm EST

featuring Faiza Venzant, CVA

In this LIVE Webinar for volunteer leaders we’ll discuss:

  • Applying the power of personal gratitude to volunteer recognition
  • The benefits + challenges of volunteer recognition plans
  • Plus, gain tools for recognizing volunteers with a wide range of motivators

Thank you and you and you!

Our diversity can be a strength especially when it comes to motivation and appreciation.

As leaders of volunteers, we may think we are really great at saying thank you -  but are we getting it right in making people feel thanked?

In this LIVE webinar, we’ll talk about the power of personal gratitude and how to use that to become better at saying thank you.

Next, we'll examine why diversity is an important consideration when designing volunteer recognition plans.

We'll end with a review of a tool that you can use to find out how your volunteer partners are motivated.

Join us and learn how to flex your appreciation muscle and show gratitude to people who like to be appreciated in ways that differ from you.

Be prepared to leave this session with a grateful heart and tips on how to look at volunteer appreciation through a lens of diversity.
